We believe that food should be fresh, wholesome and nourishing as well as delicious. Great care is taken in the preparation of all of our food and this includes the use of whole foods and high quality organic ingredients in our recipes. The whole wheat, white and Sesame seeds used in our waffles are organically grown, produced and stone ground at the local Mills. We have a range of gluten-free toppings, offer rice as an alternative to waffles with our savory dishes and have a selection of waffle-free desserts in bowl. We use organically farmed meats, fresh free-range eggs and Chickens from Daily Farms. Our coffee tea and chocolate are organic and we only use organic milk. The recipes not only please the palette, but also provide the essential nutrients required for the human body.
